Wurstsalat is a Southern German dish. It is sliced sausage (which I got at the German butcher) cut into small strips, onions, vinegar, oil, salt, pickles (in vinegar), all tossed together. The Schweizer - Swiss version - is with Emmenthaler cheese, the Schwaebischer (swabian) version has also blood sausage:))).btw - the girls and I love it while Ron really does not like it. Must be a German thing :)
