Are you all having a great summer so far? I would love to hear what you are doing...Both girls have been in camp a couple of days a week, and we have been camping. Alena just told me today, that her favorite part about summer is to go camping. What about you?

We started our summer off with a visit to see both sets of Grandparents in Canada.
Our local theater has been putting on different puppet plays each week since the beginning of June, so my 9, 4, 1 yr olds and I have been seeing those each week! We've gone to our community pool several times, and tried out Bowling for the first time and taken in a couple of movies too!
We've been taking it slow and just enjoying the free time and time off - by following our whims.
Part of me wishes my youngest was a little older so I could take them all roller skating alone during the day - but that will come soon enough! :)

We actually saw one movie as well "Toy Story 3" - Alena liked it OK and Mia Rose did not. But then again, she did not want to wear the 3-D glasses....
Taking it easy this summer for the most part. We had our baby 2 weeks ago (3 weeks early) and he had some complications at first-a hole in his lung and I couldn't even see or hold him until the day AFTER he was born-nightmare.
Now however, he's doing amazing. AND-tests came back NEGATIVE for galactosemia! YEAH! So, just trying to adjust to staying at home with 2 little ones under 2 years old-yikes!

Tina - congratulations on the birth of your baby. How scary, my heart goes out to you! I am so glad that he is doing great now. That is wonderful!!!
I remember adjusting to managing a couple of little ones...I am sending you lots of positive energy :)
